1. I've not exercised for years - is it for me? 

YES.... We cater for all fitness Levels, so don't worry if your getting back into exercise we will be there to support you every step of the way.

2. I’ve been to bootcamps before and the instructors just shouted and yelled. Is that what you guys do? 

NO... We are not a Military style Bootcamp. All our instructors are qualified Personal Trainers and experts in body transformations. We are are invested in our clients success and support our members to reach their goals in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. 

3. How many times to I have to come?

You'll have access to up to 3 x 45 minute workouts as part of your free, 7-Day Body Transformation Kick-Start. 

4. I’ve got an minor injury or some movement restrictions - will I still be able to train? 

Yes! Many of our clients workout with movement restrictions with no problems and achieve great results.  Many often find that training improves their injury and reduces pain longer term. 

As part of your free programme we'll ask you to fill out a short, fitness questionnaire. If you have specific injuries then your coach will provide you with alternate exercises to safely work around your restriction but still ensure you still get a good workout and burn plenty of calories. 

5. What kind of training is it? 

Our sessions are 45-minutes long and designed to burn body fat and tone and tighten the major muscle groups of the body (tummy, thighs, glutes, torso and upper arms).

Everything is designed to get the most effective results from the most efficient use of time so you burn calories, get leaner and tone up. 

6. Is this just designed as a way to get paying members?

9. What happens if I miss a day or two? 

Having a day rest between sessions is recommended, you have the opportunity to attend up to 6 sessions during your free 14-days and have a variety of days and times to choose from. 

10. I’m nervous. 

We totally get it and and that's perfectly natural. We guarantee you'll be met with a warm smile when you walk through the door and after your first session you'll wonder what you were worried about :)
